For sale we have our 30 ft narrow boat Time Out . She was built by Maurice Hurst in October 2004 . She was last blacked in September 2024 , Anodes  were checked & no change was found since her last survey in 2022 .
BSS until April 2026 . The engine is a 28HP Kubota 3 cylinder diesel & was serviced in April 2025 .
4 Leisure plus 1 starter battery. 2 solar panels with a Victorian controller.
water is heated from the engine via a calorifier  . She is heated with a small multi fuel stove in the saloon.
The 2 sofas turn into a double bed or 2 single beds . Small single is located at the stern.
A table fits in the middle of the saloon to convert to a dinette.
The Galley consists of a Thetford 3 ring gas cooker & grill . There is a 12 v leisure fridge & a sink with hot & cold water.
there is a separate shower emptied by a newly fitted Whale gulper .
The bathroom consists of a Thetford cassette WC with a spare cassette, & a vanity basin with hot & cold water .
Stern consists of a small seating area with storage lockers. The boat is moored at Shardlow Derbyshire . Open to sensible offers .
