Description

47ft narrow boat Grapevine.
Constructed in 1989 by Brummigen boats it has a Vetus M415 engine in full working order.
Blacking including weld base section was completed Dec 2022.
This narrow boat has been completely gutted and had new balast put down, kingspan insulation and marine ply flooring, decorated throughout.
This is an unfinished project and still needs more work included in the price are brand new –
Bathroom sink and taps
Shower
Water heater
Solar panel
Inverter
3/4 bed base with storage space underneath
Leisure battery and living room chairs
All of the above need installing.
This is an unfinished project first fixings on the electrics are complete and the plumbing needs completing pumps and pipework also come with the boat to complete the work.
Brand new engine battery is in place.
