Boat specification:
– Length 52ft Cruiser stern.

– Built by: Harry Holgate

– 32 years, (1991)

– Purchased September 2020, 2 years 9 months

– Plating thickness i.e. 10/6/4mm- See Hull survey attached

– 50mm insulation board (Kingspan type insulation board)

-Hot water and heating: Water is delivered to the taps and shower by an automatic electric water pump, A calorifier storage tank is connected to the engine cooling water system and circuits waste heat from the engine, heats up the water in the calorifier providing the hot water. Heating from the Morso squirrel multi fuel stove in the saloon. Installed are 3 new radiators and a heated towel rail. (Not connected to a heat source, e.g Wobasto)

-Engine specification: 20-30hp Perkins 3-cylinder water cooled diesel engine coupled to a PRM gearbox type 160D2 controlled by a single lever controller on a control column on the port side of the rear deck.

-Electrical system and components: 12v Lighting throughout the boat with additional double 12v usb charging sockets. 240v shoreline hookup with double sockets throughout the boat Sterling 1800-watt power inverter also runs 240v. New 240v consumer unit. Durite 3 stage automatic battery 12v 10-amp charger/maintainer fitted.

Bathroom specification: A Sealand traveller toilet going into a holding tank under the bed (pump out.) Corner cupboard with basin and mixer tap. Quadrant shower tray with glass surround, mixer shower with gulper water pump. Tiled walls in the shower area and floor

Kitchen spec: Tiled floor, Thetford 700 series cooker, consisting of an oven, grill, 3 hob burners with a glass lid and stainless-steel splashback. Stainless steel sink and drainer with mixer tap. Inlander 12v Fridge/Freezer. Three under counter cupboards, along with two drawers and one larger drawer under the cooker, and an over counter wall cupboard.

-Four, Double bed to the rear and double sofa bed in saloon .

-BSS, CRT licensing, Insurance: Insurance GJW direct, CRT licensing number 50360, BSS cert valid 22/09/2026 (last cert September 2022)

-Hull blacked in September 2022 with four new anodes fitted. The engine has been serviced annually while we have owned it.

The boat has been fully refurbished since ownership.
