42 foot springer narrow Boat ,this boat had a new beta marina diesel  engine fitted two years ago at the cost of 10,000. Last survey done 2019 which stated the hull was in good condition and insurable, boat certificate license expires September 2026 , 240 Volt electrics and 12 volte new starter batterie just fitted . The canopy’s do need some repairs , bathroom needs completing, has wood panelling and tiles and vinal panelling fitted and water pump but needs a toilet and shower tray fitting , there’s a fixed bed and a wood burner stove and a gas boiler for hot water, I bought this bought as a project, but unfortunately due to my elderly perants needing my help I’m unable to give this boat my time and love , there is lots of paperwork that goes , with this boat , as she was well looked after by her previous owner who unfortunately lost his sight and could no longer use her .
