In 2022 we invested in new 240v wiring including new sockets with USB, additional 12v cabling, isolators, battery terminals & fuse holders, two new 12v cabin side lights, a Victron galvanic isolator, a Victron Multiplus inverter, a new gas line to kitchen, three new 230ah batteries, an automatic bilge pump, new Calorifier, Diesel Central Heating with wall controller, new 240v Hookup, a new alternator, and new headlamp.  She is set up to have solar panels added, which we didn’t get round to.  She also has a stainless-steel water tank, a rear tonneau cover and a lockable external gas locker.

The interior has painted pine T&G interior cladding, engineered wood flooring and wooden window shutters throughout, and is laid out with a living / kitchen area to the bow, a walkthrough bathroom leading to the first cabin with fixed raised small double bed, which leads to the stern cabin consisting of a single bunk bed over a storage cabinet.  All the fixed furniture is solid, reclaimed wood.  The bespoke solid pine kitchen was built for us by Furniture Nation and contains a 12v Swan Larder Fridge, a Thetford Duplex Oven, a Thetford four ring hob, a magnetic knife board and round ceramic sink.  The bathroom consists of a shower, new gulper, wall hung basin, a fixed solid pine cabinet and a Simploo (which could easily be exchanged for a chemical toilet if preferred.

She also comes with everything you need for cruising: mooring pins, ropes, a new metal plank, one brand new unpainted pole and a boat hook, fenders, a hammer, windlass, anchor, life ring, fire blanket, fire alarms and two extinguishers.
