***There is scant paperwork/documentation for this boat due to several house moves.

***Hull only survey June 2016 by Quest Marine Surveys (copy available) It was rehulled 6mm on the base and 5mm on the sides in 2016 after this survey – I  have a copy of the invoice.

***Purchased September 2016 for £24,000 sold as seen at the time. I have proof of purchase.

***We have had it fully re-wired with solar panels and a generator. Plus a whole new bathroom. New generator fitted 12 months ago. Wood burner and flue installed October 2017.

***The engine has been REMOVED and replaced with the generator. The boat had no intention of being driven anywhere, which is why the engine has been removed, but we still have it & although will need an overhaul, it’s not in awful condition.

***It has been unoccupied for nearly year and we no longer have time to do anything with it, so it needs to go. Plus it needs someone who will love it.

***It is currently in a lake with no access to any canal network, which means it needs to be lifted from its location near Ipswich, Suffolk. Local crane company has quoted around £2k to lift it.

***April 2024 I have an in water condition report & valuation survey with a list of recommendations.

***yes it will look better after a good clean and a wash but circumstances do not allow this.
