Newly Renovated, open plan 39ft 12.2mts x 2.08mt beam, built by Rotherham boats in 1990. Traditional style stern, with mooring on Shropshire Union Canal. New Solar power units Vectron, 2 x 2.50 kW  Solar panels  Lister sr2 diesel engine, showing it is in good working order on the Servey, gear box lh150. Survey done November 2023,the hull and bottom plate are in good order. I had the boat sand blasted before it was blacked, 3 coats apoxi . I have had the cabin repainted. The roof as had 3 coats of paint. The black on the boat as all been updated two coats. There is no painting needed doing on this boat. I have had the inside bottom floor of the boat painted and new blast and insulated in the wall..there as had a lot of work gone in to this boat.  everything ready to move your furniture on and live aboard or holiday home.
