Description

Built in 1994 by Tim Tyler and Jonathan Wilson. Vintage engine Kelvin J2. Situated North West on the Bridgewater canal. BSC until December 2027.
These few pictures were taken last year on the Llangollen Canal and the Bridgewater canal.
:This boat sleeps 4 comfortably 1 double in the middle of the cabin and 1 double that pulls down in the boatmans cabin.
:There are 2 solid fuel stoves, 1 Brunel in the front cabin and 1 Epping in the boatmans cabin (top loader with oven).
:Fully fitted kitchen with gas oven and hob, 12volt fridge and. Morco gas water heater.
:Bedroom has solid mahogany built in bed with storage cupboards underneath. Cupboard above the bed with reading lights. Single Wardrobe and side shelves with 2 sm cupboards.
:The bathroom has corner shower with glass cubicle, built in sink with cupboards and an Elsan toilet. The bathroom was redone in October 23.
:The engine room has battery charger, battery box, diesel day tank, header water tank and a small 340 invertor and a 4 step switch mode battery charger by Sterling.
The vintage engine is a Kelvin J2. Old Scottish fishing boat engine, never had salt water through it. From Seawood engineering in Glasgow. Built in 1968 last of the run. 24volt start, petrol and diesel.

Note:
All electrical household items: kerrle, toaster, microwave etc and a recliner settee come along with the boat.

There are also windlasses, mooring pins, life jackets x2 and waterproofs included.
