Layout:

Rear deck steps down straight into open plan kitchen and lounge with multi-fuel burning stove. Following through to the bathroom followed by the bedroom at the bow of the boat.

Kitchen:

Breakfast bar, Granite surfaces, Laminated floor. Including 4 burner hob, eye level oven with grill, 12v fridge and separate 12v freezer, washing machine and side doors.

Lounge area:

This follows on, in open plan format from the kitchen with; HiSense TV, Double seated leather sofa bed and single leather seat, Solid fuel stove, plenty of storage space and FULLY carpeted.
